Campus Room Reservation Contacts
This sheet contains room reservation contacts throughout campus. These include the Student Center, academic classrooms, W.T. Young library, Cats Den, student recreation facilities and academic buildings.
The Center for Student Involvement - Student Center room 106 - contains a Smart classroom (max 40), conference room (max 15) and a multi-functional open space with mobile furniture and white boards. Also available for reservation are portable tables (2), chairs (2) and hand carts (2). Reservations for recurring reservations (i.e. organizational meetings) should continue to be scheduled through the Student Center Director's office (email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org). The Cats Den offers a $250 subsidy to any registered student organization that hosts a program in the space on a Friday or Saturday. This money can be used to offset the cost of games, food, advertising, technical support or any other service offered by the Cats Den staff. Plan ahead as the Cats Den is booked early for different events and activities during the semester. To sign up, email the Director Stephanie Martin with the name and contact information for your organization.
Apparel/T-shirt Orders (pdf)
The Office of Student Involvement has contracted with specific vendors to provide t-shirts at an affordable rate to registered student organizations at UK. We provide you with the Vendor contact information, and you create the order with the business. T-Shirts typically cost $3-$4 each, but can go up in price if you use multiple colors, long sleeves, etc. Your group can also order other apparel like polos, jackets, jerseys, etc. from these vendors. NOTE: UK is currently re-negotiating these contract prices, so the actual prices paid might differ slightly.
Graphic Design Services - This service has now ended for the year. It will restart in the Fall 2013 semester
All registered student organizations can take advantage of this service once per academic year. We encourage you to sign up 3-4 weeks before your deadline to ensure that our Graphic Designer will have enough time to complete the project requested. Due to the large number of requests, it usually takes our graphic designer 1-2 weeks to contact your organization. This service is only offered during the fall & spring semesters.
