Center For Student Involvement

Center for Student Involvement rotating office space applications will be open April 18-May 3, see below for additional information and application.

 

The Center for Student Involvement is supported by the Office of Student Organizations and Activities, but is home to Student Activities Board, Student Government Association, Center for Community Outreach, DanceBlue, and Involvement Advisors. This space is also a resource for our 500+ student organizations. The Center for Student Involvement is located on the second floor of the Bill Gatton Student Center and is open 8:00am-10:00pm every day.

 

The Office of Student Organizations and Activities is excited to announce several student organization resources for the 2018-2019 academic year! Located in the Center for Student Involvement in the Gatton Student Center there will be:

 

Storage lockers for student organizations by request

Student organization office space available by application

Design Center with free copies for registered student organizations

Tables available for reservation

Storage Lockers

Lockers are available for the 2019-2020 academic year.  Any registered organization can request a locker or a group of lockers in various sizes.  The locker request form can be found on BBNvolved and linked here.

 

Student Organization Office Spaces

Student organization spaces application is open for the 2019-2020 academic year.  There are three office spaces and they will be assigned for the academic year. Space applications can be found on BBNvolved - HERE.

Student Organizations must be registered student organizations for the 2019-20 academic year.  Organizations selected for office space must be registered by August 1.  Failure to register by this day, will result in loss of office space allocation. 

Office applications will be available from April 18th at 8AM until May 3rd at midnight.  Phone or in-person interviews will be the week of May 6-10th.  Allocations for spaces will be made by May 15th. Selected organizations will be access to the office space beginning August 2019.

Design Center Resources

Located in A252A, the Design Center in the Center for Student Involvement, houses a copy machine, paper cutter, and a laminator, for the use of registered student organizations.  The Office of Student Organizations and Activities will offer FREE copies to registered organizations for the 2018-2019 academic year.  Each organization can make 200 black and white copies and 100 color copies.  Each registered student organization is assigned a unique copy code for this use that they receive via email.  We are unable to offer printing capabilities in the design center.  A list of printers for student use is linked HERE.  The hours of the Design Center are Monday through Sunday 8:00am-10:00pm.  

 

Table Request Form for Student Organizations
