Student Organization Registration Process

Step 1 - Education
Attend a 30-40 minute Orientation.  These are required for one student officer from each organization (new or re-registering), and are held in the CSI in room 106 of the Student Center.  Re-registering organizations will retrieve their code number at this session.

Beginning May 14th, organization orientations will be held every Tuesday at 12pm in the CSI, Student Center Room 106 until July 16th.  Contact tori.amason@uky.edu for questions.

Step 2 - Application
Complete the online registration application.  Students will use their LinkBlue credentials (add the AD\ or MC\ in front) to log into the system, update members/officers or change any other aspect of the organization's information.  Click HERE for a list of all the information required for registration. 

Each group must meet the following criteria to become a registered student organization: complete & submit the online application, upload all organizational constitutions and/or bylaws, possess three currently enrolled, student officers that are in good standing and have a full-time UK faculty/staff member sign as the advisor.  If you need to create a constitution, we have a  MODEL VERSION.
