We have relocated to 345 Blazer Dining (343 S. Martin Luther King Blvd.), and have limited availability this week. Our office will be closed the week of June 18-22 as we move into our permanent office in the new Gatton Student Center (160 Avenue of Champions).
Appointments and photo services will resume June 25. Please call for availability; voice messages will be returned within 24 hours.
Parking Options: Metered street parking is available on S. MLK Blvd, as well as Avenue of Champions.
Wildcat Passport Acceptance Facility accepts Passport Applications for the U.S. Department of State for any U.S. citizen.
Please call 859-257-2619 to schedule an appointment. Appointments are available Monday-Thursday 9a-2p (except for federal and university holidays). For application forms, information on required documentation and fees, and current processing times, see the official website for passport information, www.travel.state.gov. The current routine processing time is 4-6 weeks, and expedited service is 2-3 weeks, so plan ahead to avoid additional fees and stress.

For information regarding the U.S. REAL ID Act, please visit http://www.dhs.gov/real-id-public-faqs. Starting 1/19/19, passengers who have driver’s licenses issued by a state that is not yet compliant with REAL ID (including Kentucky) and that has not received an extension will need to show an alternative form of acceptable identification for domestic air travel.
Parking is typically at a premium on campus, so please plan accordingly. Please be mindful that parking may not be available close to our building and you may have to walk a block or more depending on the location of the parking spot you find.
