Center For Student Involvement

The Center for Student Involvement is a suite of offices on the second floor of the Gatton Student Center between the Worsham Cinema and the Great Hall that is supported by the Office of Student Organizations and Activities.  The Center for Student Involvement is home to Student Activities Board, Student Government Association, Alternative Service Breaks, DanceBlue, and Involvement Advisors. This space also serves as a resource for all 500+ student organizations, with multiple opportunities available for student organizations (detailed below).

Hours of operation for the Center for Student Involvement are 8 AM - 10 PM Monday through Friday.

The Center for Student Involvement has 182 storage lockers available in multiple sizes for student organization use.  Lockers are available on an academic year basis and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If necessary, organizations can request multiple lockers to assist with storage needs during the school year.  These lockers may also be used during the summer to store student organization materials during university breaks. Lockers will only be accessible during Center for Student Involvement hours of operation.

Student Organization Office and Desk Spaces

A limited number of office and desk spaces are assigned to specific student organizations for use during the academic year.  The application for the 2023-2024 year is open now. Student leaders can apply on BBNvolved by Monday, April 10, 2023.

Folding Table Rentals

Five lightweight foldable tables are available for use by registered student organizations for any type of tabling events.  Tables are allocated on a first-come, first served basis. Organizations are able to request multiple tables at one time if needed.  Tables should only be used for the purpose of supporting a student organization.

Student Organization Workspace and Design Center (Suite A252)

The Student Organization Workspace suite offers space for all organizations to connect and work in Suite A252.  This space is currently only available by reservation. If your student organization is interested in reserving this space, email to discuss reservations.

Copy Machine Access

The Office of Student Organizations and Activities provides copy codes to registered student organizations.  The copier for this use is located in the Student Organization Workspace. This copy code allows each registered student organization to make 200 black and white copies and 100 color copies each school year.  Each registered student organization is assigned a unique copy code for this use that they receive via email. These codes are for making copies only.
