Center For Student Involvement

The Center for Student Involvement is supported by the Office of Student Organizations and Activities and is home to Student Activities Board, Student Government Association, Center for Community Outreach, DanceBlue, and Involvement Advisors. This space is also a resource for our 500+ student organizations. The Center for Student Involvement is located on the second floor of the Bill Gatton Student Center and is open 8:00am-10:00pm every day during the academic year.

The Center for Student Involvement offers resources to our 500+ registered student organizations:

  • Drop-in Group Workspaces in Suite 252
  • Convenient, secure Storage Lockers 
  • Student Organization Workspace with free copies for registered student organizations
  • Folding Presentation Tables
  • Student organization office space  - Year-long occupancy (guidelines below)

Student Organizations must be registered student organizations for the 2019-20 academic year.  Organizations selected for office space must be registered by August 1.  Failure to register by this day, will result in loss of office space allocation.

Student Organization Resources (Suite 252)

The Student Organization Workspace suite offers space for organizations to connect and work, Sunday-Saturday 8:00am-10:00pm. Registered student organizations have use of a copy machine, paper cutter, and a laminator during normal business hours. The Office of Student Organizations and Activities will offer FREE copies to registered organizations for the 2019-2020 academic year.  Each organization can make 200 black and white copies and 100 color copies.  Each registered student organization is assigned a unique copy code for this use that they receive via email.  We are unable to offer printing capabilities at this location.  A list of printers for student use is linked HERE.  

Table Request Form for Student Organizations

Five (5) lightweight foldable tables are available for use by registered student organizations for tabling events.  The table request form and guidelines can be found on BBNvolved and is linked here.
