All Registered Student Organizations are The updated Student Organization Event Policy effective as of February 1, 2023 is linked here. This policy outlines the requirements for all student organizations to follow when hosting events of any kind on or off-campus.
All events other than business meetings must be submitted to the Office of University Events via meetatbigblue.uky.edu at least two weeks in advance.
Organizations must create an event in BBNvolved to track attendance at all events. If alternative attendance tracking methods are used, the registered student organization hosting the event must upload the attendance to their BBNvolved event within 24 business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM and not including national and university observed holidays and closures) of the event end.
